The Karolinska Institutet in Sweden, which administers the Nobel Prize for Medicine, has an enormous searchable database of diseases. I looked up Diabetes and found 25 listed items; Cancer came up with 143. From this the Prostate Cancer came up with a very comprehensive text file on the prostate that got more and more technical but very good overall - and heavily referenced if you want to do follow-up work.
